Founded in 1900 and known as the first red-brick Universities to receive Royal Charter, University of Birmingham is a large campus comprising more than thirty thousand students. The University boasts of some 500 undergraduate programs and about 320 taught postgraduate programs. The cultural diversity within the University is evident, for more than 4000 students are currently studying in the University of Birmingham from 150 countries.
